A dynamic group course in letting go of fear and embracing freedom

Fear, anxiety, stress, and burnout plague many adults, and the ever-quickening pace of life isn’t helping. These feelings often affect our lives to the extent that we find it difficult to experience passion, pleasure, and fun.

This 8-week course will take you on a journey that will change your life from stressful to joyous, transforming overwhelm to peace of mind. You will learn how to interact with anxiety and stress in a new way, first by becoming familiar with your patterns and then learning to unwind them one by one.

You will also experience the power and support that comes from community and knowing you are not alone on this often difficult road. With weekly live calls and a dedicated Facebook group, you will build the kind of connections that only vulnerability and shared experience can.

You will come away with the experiential understanding that you can’t be in a state of fear if you are in a state of play. Everyone deserves to experience this basic joy of being alive, no matter what your age.
