At one time, we all naturally pursued play without self-consciousness. Driven by our curiosity, we engaged with the world without conceptualizing, labeling, or judging our experience. As we’ve grown into rational beings, many of us have lost this innate ability to follow the strings of our playful desires for the simple joy of it. In this workshop, we lightheartedly engage in gentle practices for reawakening these sleepy neural grooves that were once so integral to our being, opening ourselves up to a new way of relating to life and self that is inherently, reverently playful.
