I invite you to join me for a 10 week live group course to learn 10 keystone habits that have helped me find greater ease, peace, and stability in my life.
Based on the wisdom of Ayurveda (Sanskrit for ‘the science of life’), these habits have been a cornerstone that I return to again and again in to help anchor me through the ups and downs of life.
The habits are universal in that they are highly unique, and participants are invited to explore, experiment, and get to know themselves by listening to their own bodies.
Far from prescriptive, the habits are an invitation to get to know ourselves more deeply and provide a foundation for increased self-awareness, self-knowledge, and ultimately self-healing.
By doing them together, we all benefit from the support and live feedback of our peers.
